We take your privacy seriously, and we do whatever it takes to preserve yours. We pack your order in nondescript envelopes and boxes, just like your everyday mail or packages. The only identifying marks are your mailing address and ours. The name “Simply Sinful” does not appear anywhere on the outside of your package.
Domestic Shipping Information:
In most cases orders are processed to be shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 2:45pm (Central). Standard Shipping
Delivered in the eastern United States in 5-8 business days.
Delivered in the western United States, Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories in 10-14 business days. These orders are delivered by the United States Postal Service. Standard shipping can be used for any destination including PO/APO/FPO addresses.
Please note, international customers must have equipment that is NTSC compatible. Returns cannot be accepted based on incompatibilities.
We are NOT responsible for the packages impounded by national Customs Authorities. The customer (you) might be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are your (the buyer) responsibility; control over these charges cannot be predicted what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
International delivery is NOT guaranteed. If a package is lost (stolen), damaged, or vandalized, a replacement package WILL NOT be sent at no cost to you or refund your money. In order for products to be replaced for a shipment not delivered for the reasons listed above, a non-delivery must be confirmed by the post office and a damaged package must be returned to us. If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, it will incur a 15% re-stocking fee or additional shipping costs for the second delivery, whichever is preferred by the customer.
We will accept returns for damaged or defective items within 30 days of purchase providing the following conditions are met.
- Item is damaged or defective.
- Return postage paid by buyer.
- We will not accept opened or used products for refund, unless damaged or defective due to shipping or a manufacture issue.
- Accepted returns will be refunded minus shipping charges.
